  • Thank YOU and your team for coming to minister to our women! They absolutely loved it so much. Seriously, I am still hearing about how much fun they had with you. In staff meeting yesterday, one of my team members noted that the night you guys came seemed to be the turning point for _______. She went from quiet and reserved to joyful and full of life that night, and her joy has continued since! It was like your team unlocked something inside of her and she is absolutely thriving.   • My first mission trip with Belle & Sparrows to the amazing country of Guatemala– WOW what a huge blessing! I loved every minute (even the challenging ones) serving with beautiful, diverse, inclusive Christian women convicted by the Holy Spirit inspired to share the Gospel. Our deepest calling is to grow into our own authentic selfhood, whether or not it conforms to some image of who we ought to be. I definitely found myself growing my faith inside and outside of my comfort zone. This world is different and a better place because the women of Belle & Sparrows are missionaries “by women for women” “standing in the gap for all marginalized women around the world”. As a Christian, we have an obligation to leave the world better than you found it. Thank you Lynde and my Guat Girl sisters for the experience of a lifetime! I pray I will be called again.   • Belle and Sparrows is the Lord's mission field for women! If you have a heart to serve women, take a mission trip with Lynde and Tiffany. They come along side ministries all over the world to help women breakthrough into the abundant life only Jesus promises. The joy and laughter is plentiful, and the harvest is great! Wendy P.

  • "I was excited and nervous to take my very first mission trip, but knew that going with Belle and Sparrows would be the way to go. I loved that we met virtually a few times as it helped me to feel more comfortable about the trip and I was excited to meet the other ladies in person. To look back on the trip, it’s hard to put in words what I felt. I felt joy at times, while also sadness when I thought about the people we were ministering to and how hard their situations were. However, I know the Lord was at work in what we were doing. I felt changed and closer to Him and I pray that the people we encountered felt His presence as well. My first mission trip opened my eyes in a lot of ways, and it made me aware of things that I can no longer pretend I’m not aware of. You always hear about how impactful mission trips are, but words often fail to communicate the transformational experience of putting yourself in a place where the Lord can reveal Himself and His love and faithfulness in ways you never knew were possible. I was personally stretched in so many ways, and each time I witnessed the Lord’s faithfulness in equipping me to fulfill the assignment set before me. I had also never experienced the deep devotion and support like what I received from my leaders and team members that gave me confidence and courage to step into God’s using me in powerful new ways.   • “ For a long time I have been looking for a group of generous and caring souls that help other people in need. I was fortunate to find Belle and Sparrows. This group of women has inspired me since the very beginning. All that they have done in such a small amount of time is impressive and their enthusiasm and passion for helping other women at a disadvantage and their children is contagious. I was lucky to serve with them in a shelter that helps women escape domestic violence, and to impact these ladies by letting them know that they are not alone, that there is people that cares and that there is a future for them. Furthermore, the support that women receive is neverending. Belle and Sparrow keeps visiting and helping these same women building relationships for life.
